Advertising in here

So there are a lot of ads in here with adsense. I can accept that as I am used to seeing those sorts of ads all over the place. To help me increase my profile on the great wide internet I was suggested to do link exchanges and have had my first request. I started to put it up in a much older post. Would you please let me know what you think of ads in posts?
